About Payless Transmissions & Auto Repair
A family-owned auto shop on Bryan Ave, built on honest work and fair pricing.
Our Story
Payless Transmissions & Auto Repair is a family-owned auto shop located at 2909 Bryan Ave in Fort Worth, Texas. What hasn't changed since day one is our commitment to giving Fort Worth drivers honest work at a fair price — especially when it comes to transmission repair, one of the most commonly overcharged services in the industry.
Why We Specialize in Transmissions
That focus means when your transmission is slipping, grinding, or leaking, you're not just getting a general mechanic — you're getting a shop that treats transmission work as its core expertise, not an afterthought.
What Sets Us Apart
We built this shop around three simple ideas: diagnose the real problem before quoting a repair, use quality parts that actually last, and treat every customer's vehicle like it's our own.
Payless, Not Corner-Cutting
Fair, transparent pricing on every repair — no surprise fees.
Family Owned & Operated
You're talking to the people who actually work on your car.
Transmission Specialists
Rebuilds are our specialty — not an afterthought.
